2012 Winning Recipe - Findlay Market Chili Cookoff

SIMPLY CHILI by Donna Luecke

3 packages ground turkey (85/15)
Large can tomato juice
Can of tomato sauce
Can of Chili ready tomatoes
Can of kidney beans for chili
Package of taco mix
Package of chili mix
½ onion chopped ½ green pepper
½ cup salsa

Brown ground turkey. Sauté
onions and green pepper
Add all ingredients to pot and simmer for 1-2 hours.
