CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Earlier Friday, the Cleveland Division of Police SWAT Unit were at a house in the 3500 block of East 117th Street for a male suspect barricaded in a home.

Police report that the situation has been diffused and that a 17-year-old has been taken into custody for inducing panic.

It has also been reported that there was never a hostage situation.
