OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

Owensboro Police Department say the 17-year-old girl who has been missing since Friday has been located safe and sound by family members.

Police say Iesha J. Hutchinson was found at the Daviess County Public Library. They say she was found in good physical condition and is with her family.

On Friday night, police say she was involved in an argument with her sister at their home in the PG Walker Apartments. They say she went outside to cool off from the argument and that's when she went missing.

Family and police say they were worried because she has a mild form of mental retardation, and is new to the Owensboro area.
