Police: Women attacked employees with bat

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Four women were taken into custody after being accused of attacking employees at a fast food chain with a baseball bat.

Police said the suspects jumped the counter at the White Castle on East Market Street Monday and attacked two women employees.

Markell Mitchell, Fredeija Malone and two others women are charged with assault.

The victims identified the suspects as acquaintances from school.

The injuries in this case were not serious.
