Cincinnati Police are investigating another report a flashing in the Oakley area.
A woman claims that a man flashed her around 4 a.m. in the area of Paxton and Taylor.
The woman could not provide police with a good description.
Darnell Dukes has been arrested for exposing himself to several female joggers in the Hyde Park area in the fall of 2011. Police are investigating other reports from 2012 of another flasher.
