LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The votes are in and we are ready to announce the 2012 Touchdown Friday Night Player of the Year. The official announcement will come on WAVE 3 News at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 24.

There were 5 candidates - Aaron Daniel of Charlestown, DeAndre Farris of Collins, Tyler Fridley of Jeffersonville, James Quick of Trinity, and Cody Wolfe of Eastern. The internet vote counted for 50% and the vote of the WAVE 3 Sports staff for the other 50%.
