HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY (FOX19) -
Friday was a chilly night for a tradition at Northern Kentucky University.
Brave students took part in NKU's third annual Nearly-Naked Run, a short race on campus for a good cause.
Participants show up at the university's Griffin Oval dressed 'nearly-naked', donning swimsuits, briefs, costumes and more.
Registration is $5, but the proceeds benefit NKU's student organizations.
The race kicks off Homecoming at NKU, the start of all the weekend's scheduled events.
