NEWPORT, KY (FOX19) - -
A former daycare worker facing sexual abuse charges is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
Justin Harvill will be arraigned on charges of abusing a child under the age of 12.
Harvill was arrested by Newport Police last November and charged with sexual abuse and sodomy.
At the time of his arrest, Harvill was employed by Boone County Head Start. Officials at Head Start say the alleged abuse did not happen at the facility.
