Witnesses subpoenaed to hear road rage case

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Witnesses have now been subpoenaed in connection to a case of road rage at a high school.

On December 7, 2012, police said Donald Heichelbech, 52, attacked two teens in the Male High School parking lot in a case of road rage.

Investigators said Heichelbech was irate,when he went inside the school and threatened to return with a gun.

Witnesses have been subpoenaed for a hearing into the alleged attack on March 1.
