LG&E warns customers of scam

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Thieves are looking to make a quick buck by calling customers and asking about their electric bill.

LG&E is warning customers that someone is calling, claiming to be with the utility company and demanding bill payments.

If you get a call like this call police at (502) 574-LMPD, then LG&E AT 589-1444.
