Hospital employee accused of theft faces judge

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Saint Mary and Elizabeth Hospital employee appeared in court Friday after being accused of stealing from a patient.

Police said Ernestine Moser was working at the hospital when she stole two rings from a patient.

The victim's family noticed the rings were missing and called police.

Investigators said Moser sold the rings at a pawn shop.

Moser is charged with receiving stolen property.
