LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The new prosecutor appointed to the Gregory O'Bryan murder trial doesn't foresee any reason for delaying the July trial.

In court Wednesday, Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Jim Leswoski said he is getting up to speed on the case.

O'Bryan is accused of killing Andrew Compton, a Sullivan University student from central Indiana, in the fall of 2010.

Compton's body has never been found.
