Man charged with abusing of sleeping woman

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police have charged a man after a case of sexual abuse in Louisville's Klondike neighborhood.

According to LMPD, a woman was sleeping in her apartment when she woke up to find a man sexually abusing her.

Police said Abdul Ahmadi, 21, was gone when they arrived at the woman's apartment on Breckenridge Lane.

Officers found Ahmadi walking in the area a short time later. He was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections.
