One charged with reckless homicide after fatal shooting in Tiffin

TIFFIN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Tiffin police say 24-year-old Thomas Nally was killed when a gun discharged, hitting him in the face, around 6 a.m. Friday.

Damian Magers, 21, has been charged with reckless homicide.

Police say four people, including Nally and Magers were drinking at the home in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue in Tiffin. According to police, a gun was being passed around when it discharged, hitting Nally in the face.  Police say Nally was deceased when they arrived at the scene.

Two other people who were at the home at the time of the shooting were questioned by police but have not been charged. Police say they have been released but may face charges in the future.
