JCPS cancels all weekend activities because of Winter Weather Advisory

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Jefferson County Public Schools has cancelled all JCPS activities this weekend because of the forecast of inclement weather.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory effective at 1 a.m. Saturday and lasting until 7 a.m. Sunday. Accumulating snow is expected.

Slick roads forced JCPS officials to close the district on Friday.
