LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Kentucky Court of Appeals has overturned a $300,000 award to a former University of Louisville coach.
Mary Banker, who was an assistant track coach, filed suit in 2008 against the University Athletic Association saying her firing was in retaliation for starting a sexual harassment investigation.
In their decision, the Court of Appeals wrote that the University showed Banker was let go for non-discriminatory reasons and Banker couldn't prove otherwise.
