EASTGATE, OH (FOX19) -

Jungle Jim's welcomed a new flower shop to their Eastgate location.

Jones the Florist opened up for business on Friday at their newest location.

"We want to have a florist at our eastside store, and Jones is the best in the business," said 'Jungle' Jim Bonaminio.

In addition to a full service florist, the shop will also sell plants, gift baskets, and other items.

"The Jungle Jim's team is one of the most customer-focused and innovative merchandising groups in the country. These are both qualities that we at Jones value deeply. We are proud to be part of this retail environment," said Joe Rozier, president of Jones the Florist.

The locally-owned company began 147 years ago, and now has locations in Fountain Square as well as a design center in Blue Ash.

The new store will be open 14 hours per day, 7 days a week.
