LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man is behind bars after police said he took his kids to a drug deal.
A Louisville Metro police officer said he was in the parking lot of a McDonalds at Bardstown Road and Fegenbush Lane around 9 p.m. on February 7 when he witnessed Rodrecus Lee making a heroin transaction.
After stopping Lee, the officer found heroin and more than $600 in his pockets.
The arrest report states Lee's three children, one as young as one year old, were waiting nearby in lee's car.
Lee was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections there counts of endangering the welfare of aminor, three counts He's charged with wanted endangerment and drug trafficking.
