New charge against serial burglary suspect

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Another charge has been filed against the man police say is connected to a string of burglaries all over Kentuckiana.

According to Louisville Metro Police, Brandon Cheatham stole a rare coin and stamp collection from a Louisville home in December.

Police were able to trace the collection because they say Cheatham sold it to a coin shop under his own name.

Cheatham, who has been connected to at least 20 burglaries, entered a not guilty plea in court Thursday.
