Finishing touches underway at Horseshoe casino

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Excitement is building as the grand opening for the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati Grand Opening on March 4 gets closer.

City officials, Rock Ohio Caesars Representatives, Pendleton residents, the Casino Neighborhood Workgroup, and area business owners celebrated $22.9 million of budgeted roadway and streetscape improvements by making final touches to the Short Reading Road Plaza. 

Partners unveiled the roadway projects and streetscape improvements completed to date on Tuesday morning.

The roads around the casino have been closed for several months due to construction.
