LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE)- University of Louisville Hospital is reshuffling its leadership as the organization transitions into the KentuckyOne Health system.
University Hospital and James Graham Brown Cancer Center announced today that Ken Marshall will take over as interim president for the system starting in March.
Marshall replaces outgoing president Jim Taylor, who will transition into an advisory role after 16 years at the helm of the healthcare system.
The move comes as University Hospital enters into a partnership with the state's largest healthcare provider. KentuckyOne was formed after Louisville's Jewish Hospital and Lexington's St. Mary's Hospital merged in 2012.
