Jury selection for Banis underway

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Jury selection is underway in the trial of one of the two men accused of killing a man, then burying him in a basement.

Jeffrey Mundt and Joseph Banis will be tried separately for the murder of Jamie Carroll.

In June 2010, Carroll's body was discovered decomposing in a sealed plastic container in Mundt's Old Louisville home.

Banis' trial began Friday. Mundt's trial is scheduled to begin in May.
