CAMP WASHINGTON, OH (FOX19) -
A group of workers from the Coca-Cola Refreshments facility on Duck Creek Road spent the day
volunteering on Monday.
The employees helped prepare the Cincinnati Police Department's new Youth
Services Unit building. The building became available when the Cincinnati Recreation Department no longer needed it.
Coca-Cola volunteers worked with members of CPD to paint walls and 'spruce up' place, even providing paint supplies for the project.
CPD plans to centralize all their youth programs and initiatives at this new location.
The Youth Services Unit includes School Resource Officers, CITI
camps, Cadets, Explorers, and Cincinnati Police Activities League
sponsored programs.
