GIBSON COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Indiana State Police arrested a driver who reportedly hid marijuana inside his girlfriend's shirt.
Joseph Tieken, 36, was pulled over for speeding on State Road 64 at 7:47 p.m. Tuesday.
The trooper detected the smell of pot.
Police said Tieken smoked marijuana earlier while driving and reportedly gave a small bag of the drug to his 17-year-old girlfriend to hide in her shirt.
Tieken, who was taken to the Gibson County Jail, was arrested in January 2012 for possessing marijuana.
The 17-year-old was not arrested.
Tieken is charged with possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia
