LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – According to a recent article there were 69 homicides last year in Jefferson County. The number reflects the first increase in such deaths since 2007. Long after the crime scene tape is removed and crews leave the scene, those close to the victims are left behind to deal with the aftermath of losing someone they love.
The Hosparus Grief Counseling Center and Interfaith Paths to Pease will host Hope and Healing a program to remember those who died violent deaths. This evening of Hope and Healing will take place on Sunday, March 10 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at the Muhammad Ali Center.
