LINCOLN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - Two have been taken into custody and another remains at large in a string of burglaries that took place in two different Kentucky counties.
Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Sim Thacker explained, "He basically turned off his headlights, we lost contact with the vehicle, after recanvasing the area we noticed the vehicle parked up here behind the residence."
Then all three took off in different directions. Lincoln County deputies caught up with two of the suspects, but a third got away.
All three are accused of breaking out windows and dragging out safes and cash drawers at four different businesses in just about an hour and a half last night.
