A Pennsylvania man was arrested following an investigation into reports that he exposed and touched himself during a job interview in Milford last year.
A complaint was received on Aug. 9, 2012, from a woman that said she had an inappropriate encounter with Armandito Ortiz, of Pittsburgh, during a job interview at Inventhelp, located at 57 Plains Rd., Milford.
She told police he exposed himself and then began to touch himself during the interview.
The investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued and executed for Ortiz.
He was charged with disorderly conduct.
