CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A judge has rejected a request for a psychiatric examination from a mother accused of killing her child. 

Camilia Terry is facing charges for the death of her son.

She recently filed her own request for a psych examination even though she has two appointed attorneys. 

She also asked for extra medical treatment but Judge Janet Burnside just said no to both requests. 

In a court filing, the judge wrote she will not consider requests from a defendant who already has lawyers.

Terry's lawyers did not respond for comment when she filed her special requests.
