Taxi stopped after multi-county chase

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Police have surrounded a taxi on Interstate 64 after a chase that ended in Jefferson County.

Kentucky State Police from the Frankfort post were involved in the chase which started at the Franklin County-Shelby County line and ended at the exit from I-64 to Blankenbaker Parkway.

The taxi involved is Yellow Cab 829. We're told the chase started after KSP attempted to pull the driver over for a traffic stop.
