Deputy-involved shooting investigation continues

BOWLING GREEN, KY (WAVE) - An off-duty deputy who opened fire on another man in Warren County is now claiming self-defense.

The shooting happened Tuesday in the parking lot of a consignment store in Bowling Green. Investigators say Deputy Tommy Brown shot Brandon Bradshaw.

Bradshaw remains in critical condition at a Nashville hospital.

Kentucky State Police are continuing their investigation into the shooting.
