Kentucky man found guilty of murdering parents

SCOTT COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - A central Kentucky man was found guilty of killing his parents.

A Scott County jury returned the verdict against Anthony Gray, 43, Thursday night convicting him of two counts of murder and evidence tampering.

James and Vivian Gray were found shot to death inside their Sadieville home in 2007.

A previous jury was deadlocked at Gray's first trial in 2012.

The recent jury started deliberating Thursday just afternoon and reached a verdict 11 hours later.

Gray is facing a recommended sentence of 45 years in prison.
