Suspect arraigned in Dosker Manor murder

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man twice convicted of murder and released in 2011 faced a judge Friday morning accused of stabbing a man to death last week.

Louisville Metro Police say James Seay killed Orville Avis at Dosker Manor on East Muhammad Ali Boulevard in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood.

The judge set Seay's bail at $100,000.
