HENRYVILLE, IN (WAVE) - Families in southern Indiana, who lived through deadly tornadoes on March 2, 2012, are being invited to share their memories about how the tornado changed their lives.
The new project in Henryville, is meant to help victims recover.
March-2-Recovery, the organization helping southern Indiana rebuild, is now embarking on a new mission of historical preservation and emotional healing called Collecting Our Stories.
Pictures, poems, written and visual accounts are all being collected for the project.
March-2-Recovery is also working with the Purdue Technology Center to develop a virtual archive of survivors' stories.
