Man accused of breaking 11-month-old daughter's leg

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man is accused of breaking his 11-month-old daughter's leg.

Investigators say Joseph Keith was arguing with the child's mother when he picked up the girl and threw her to the ground. He then got into a physical altercation with the mother of the child, according to police.

The toddler was treated for her broken leg at Kosair Children's Hospital.

Keith is charged with criminal abuse of a child.
