Police search for suspect in Franklin Twp. robbery

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Police are searching for the suspect in an aggravated robbery.

Around 9 p.m. on Friday, a male suspect knocked on the door of a home located at 8234 Martz Paulin Road, asking the homeowner for money to remove snow from his porch. The homeowner responded by saying he did not need snow removal and the suspect proceeded to push his way inside of the home, displaying a knife and demanding money.

A K9 unit was used to track the suspect but he was not located. The victim was not injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20's. He was wearing gray sweat pants and a gray hoodie.
