Rescuers searching for missing man in forest

Smith has been missing since Saturday night.

LESLIE COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - Rescuers are searching for a man who went missing Saturday night while riding his ATV in Daniel Boone National Forest.

Relatives said they knew something was wrong when Earl Smith was not home by dark.

Rescuers said finding Smith is a race against time because the forest can be dangerous, even for someone familiar with the area.

Teams in Leslie County have been searching all weekend.
