JCPS bus involved in non-injury accident

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Jefferson County Public School bus was involved in a non-injury accident.

According to MetroSafe, at 8:50 a.m. Monday, bus number 1080 wrecked near Taylor and Berry Boulevards.

JCPS Spokesperson Ben Jackey said the bus was carrying 38 children from Semple Elementary when a truck trying to go around a non-working traffic light hit the bus.
