FRANKFORT, KY (WAVE) - Lawmakers reconvened Monday morning in Frankfort in a rush to pass key measures before time runs out.
Bills concerning whether to ensure soldiers deployed overseas can vote in Kentucky elections and a bill that would raise the minimum age for dropping out of school to 18 are still pending in addition to conflicting proposals from the House and the Senate on how to shore up the state's pension plans for government retirees.
Four working days remain in the 2013 legislative session.
Lawmakers are also set to meet on Tuesday and then they will take an eight day break.
The last official day of the session is March 26.
