LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Federal officials are looking for people owed money in a discrimination case against Countryside Financial who have yet to come forward.
Between 2004 and 2008, the U.S. Justice Department accused Countryside Financial of using discriminatory lending practices when it came to African-American and Latino-American clients.
The company reached a $335 million settlement with the Justice Department, but many victims eligible for reimbursement have yet to come forward.
