Pepper spray used in fight at JCPS elementary school

The incident happened at King Elementary School in the Shawnee neighborhood.

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A student used pepper spray during a fight inside a Jefferson County elementary school on Monday.

Investigators said two students at King Elementary School in the Shawnee neighborhood got into a fight, and one of them used pepper spray on the other.

Both students were treated at the school.

A note went home with students telling their parents what happened
