Emergency accident reporting procedure in effect

HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - -

The emergency accident reporting procedure is in effect for Hamilton County.

The procedure went into effect around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday and states if you are involved in an accident and there are no injuries and all cars are operable, you must leave the scene and file a police report at a later time.
