NOGALES, AZ (CBS5) -

Border agents arrested a 33-year-old man who they say was trying to get into the U.S. with more than three tons of marijuana in containers labeled as vacuum pumps and lamp holders.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection said a drug dog found more than $3.1 million worth of pot in a commercial tractor-trailer attempting to cross at the Nogales Ports of Entry on Wednesday.

CBP said it's the second big drug bust in two days. On Tuesday, nearly 17 pounds of methamphetamine was seized from a Mexican national trying to cross into the U.S.
