O'Bryan defense team wants Compton medical records

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Several new motions were filed on Thursday by Gregory O'Bryan's defense team.

O'Bryan is accused of killing Sullivan University student Andrew Compton and dumping his body in October 2010.

The defense filed a request for all calls to LMPD after Compton's body was reported missing. They also want Compton's medical files.

In a final motion, defense attorneys requested any emails and other internet postings by Compton that prosecutors may have.

O'Bryan goes back to court at the end of March. His trial is set for July.
