Former interim principal pleads guilty to theft

JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) – The former interim principal of Jeffersonville High School pleaded guilty to theft Friday morning and entered a diversion program.

Prosecutors said David Milburn stole electronics in August 2012 from the Middletown Walmart where he worked a second job.

Milburn served as the school's interim principal about a week before the shoplifting accusation came to light.
