Questions remain after man dropped off with gunshot wound
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Several questions remain involving the case of a shooting victim dumped in front of a local hospital.
Police believe the shooting happened early Saturday morning. They said a man and a woman, both in their 20s, dropped off Christopher Jones, 25, at Kosair Children's Hospital with a gunshot wound, then they left in a light colored car.
The hospital treated him, but at 4:30 Saturday morning he died from a single gunshot wound.
Friends of Jones said he was a good person. "He was always joking, he was always giving me anything I wanted, everybody he knew, he would have something to give to them. He wasn't selfish at all. He was very soft spoken, a very cool person," explained TreShawn Tolley.
Police said they are following up on leads and going through surveillance videos to find the suspects.
