LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Two separate bank robberies have Louisville Metro Police looking for different men.
The first robbery happened just after noon on March 15 when a man wearing sunglasses and a hoodie is accused of robbing the US Bank in the 400 block of West Market Street.
The next day around 11:15 a.m., LMPD said another suspect robbed the Fifth Third Bank in the 2000 block of Bardstown Road. Officers said the suspect threatened the teller and demanded money loudly several times before escaping on foot with some cash.
The bank, however, put a dye pack in the bag they have him and it exploded while he fled the scene. The suspect may have red dye on his hands, face and neck.
