FRANKFORT, KY (WAVE)- A former AG Commissioner has been charged with 42 violations.

The State Executive Branch Ethics Commission issued the charges against Richie Farmer.

Fortytwo violations is the highest number ever issued against one person. They include misusing state funds and state employees while in office.

Allegations against Farmer range from having televisions delivered to a ball court he had built at his home to hiring his friends and having his staff running personal errands.

Farmer faces up to $210,000 in fines. Neither Farmer or his attorney have comments on the violations.

Seven of Farmer's employees are also facing ethics charges.
