Reality Check: Does the state auditor have the right to JobsOhio's records?

A surprising move for the state of Ohio on Tuesday as the private non-profit board of JobsOhio agreed to turn over all financial records to the state auditor's office.

For weeks, JobsOhio has insisted that it is a private entity and the state does not have the right to audit all of its books.

The state auditor says he does.

So who is right? Ben has the reality check.
