Cold case murder solved

SELLERSBURG, IN (WAVE) – Indiana State Police say a murder case that had gone cold for 30 years has been solved.

According to ISP, Paul Stucker, 52, of Scottsburg, is the man who killed an inmate in his cell at the Indiana State Prison in 1983. Stucker, who now lives in Louisiana, was also an inmate at the time.

U.S. Marshals arrested Stucker. He is being held while awaiting extradition to Indiana.
