CLARK COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - A verdict was reached in the case of a southern Indiana woman accused of sex abuse.
A jury found Juanita Fisher not guilty on charges she forced two juvenile relatives to engage in sex acts with her and each other.
Jurors deliberated into the night and reached a verdict shortly after midnight on Wednesday.
Fisher previously accepted a plea deal from prosecutors in Clark County, but when it came time for sentencing Charlestown police said Fisher cut off her ankle bracelet and ran.
Fisher still faces a charge of escape. A hearing on those charges will be held Thursday.
